I went with a group of 9 on Friday night. The number in the reservation fluctuated a bit, but the flexability at this resteraunt was horrible. First, they sat us at 2 tables for almost an hour without coming to take drink orders. Oddly, it appeared that they purposefully avoided eye contact with anyone at our tables. Nearly an hour after we sat, the waiter came to take our order, but a significant portion of their menu was no longer available and no one told us when they gave us the menus! About 90 minutes in, our tables were pushed together and shortly after, our meals arrived. The food arrived semi-warm. I think they held the food under lamps or in an oven until they could push our tables together. This is fine, but nobody communicated anything with us. That was frustrating. After most of us had finished our meal we again had to wait to get our bill. Two and a half hours later our meal was done.\r
\r
All of that aside, the most frustrating thing was that the lower level of the resteraunt was full of empty tables, A table of 4 was seated downstairs, so it wasn't as though they closed that section of the resteraunt. \r

All in all, they were understaffed, inflexible, slow, didn't communicate, and expensive. I won't be going back.
