Review content:
After reading all the other glowing reviews for Mario, his expertise, and level of service, I gave him a call to fix my upstairs furnace. He was conscientious about following up with our appointment time and kept me informed of when he'd be there. \r
\r
I don't know enough about electricity and HVAC to fix everything myself (thus the reason he was there), but I do know enough that I can recognize people have in depth knowledge versus just those who just read a how-to book. Mario really impressed me with his breadth of knowledge and skill in his craft. He was fastidious about doing it right the first time and being mindful of the customer's concerns. Every wire was neatly secured when he was finished and everything was put back in place. Even more, he cheerfully tolerated my constant barrage of questions about alternating current and fan motor function (which ended up being my furnace's problem.) \r
\r
His price was reasonable based on most of the information I could find on the web, but - more importantly - I knew that the job was done correctly by someone who obviously cared about his job. \r
\r
Save yourself some hassle and the possibility of dealing with some yahoo who is only interested in up selling you a new furnace, just call Mario from the start.
