We have two hand trucks that we use regularly. Two of the tires needed replacing. We took it to Holod's and asked them to replace the two tires. When they had done this once before we were very happy and they charged about $12. This time was different.\r
They took the two hand trucks and replaced THREE tires and A NEW AXLE even though we hadn't requested that. And they charged us $55. \r
We grumbled but took the hand trucks back to our business since we needed them that day. When we went to use then, two of the three tires hadn't been inflated and wouldn't work properly. We tried to pump them ourselves but couldn't. I took them to my local mechanic to try and get them to pump and seat which he did but they didn't stay inflated. We called Holods 5 days after the purchase to complain and they said of course we will take care of the problem.. When we went there today, the mechanic, who we were told would be there wasn't. The salesman who ""helped us"" couldn't fix the problem and was rude and loud and finally only refunded us $25. Boooooo.We're never shopping at Holod's again and recommend you don't either.
