We allow our users express their opinions, but we don't make any claims about the content of these pages. We strongly believe in freedom of expression, even if a review contains unappealing or distasteful content or present negative viewpoints. I am sending this out as a warning. We got Clear internet about 1 1/2 months ago and were lied to by the sales rep, had horrible internet speed, constant interruptions in service, and when we tried to cancel, they wouldn't let us! Then we found out that the sales rep had signed us up for a TWO YEAR CONTRACT but told us there was none! When we called again to cancel, we were informed of the 2 year contract and told there would be a $180 termination fee unless we transfered our account to a friend or family member! Bait and switch! As if we would subject anyone to this treatment! After over an HOUR on the phone arguing with us despite being transfered to a supervisor, the only way they were going to let us cancel was to classify our account as fraud, but we would still have to pay shipping charges to send the equipment back, and they would continue to charge us until they received the equipment.
