I was overcharged for ground shipping. They charged me $73.85, FedEx website said $41.06, and a local competitor quoted me $56.87!\r

I was reasonable and asked for $16.98 be refunded to my credit card, they offered me in store credit. (NOT HAPPY) They admit the mistake, but don't refund you the money they took from you? \r

Not to mention I've been playing phone tag for three weeks with the owner, because the manager can't make a $15 dollar decision without his approval. Why even have a store manager? I'm fed up, so keep my money and I'll write my unbiased review...\r

Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.\r
