After moving to Kentucky 16 years ago, I just recently remembered this joint. Used to go here back in the early 80's when I was a poor college student. If my memory serves me the service was slow and not very friendly, the condiments were limited, the abience was nonexistent, the cleaniness was questionable, & the dogs tasted rubbery, but somehow none of this mattered. I never had a more satisfying hot dog anywhere outside of Chicago, and those hot greasy fries.......I guess its an aquired taste. I'll have to stop in and check them out sometime when I return to the windy city.
