I thought i would have to replace the carpets in my rental, there was dirt, oil, stains and pet odors. Instead, I was thrilled with the results, the technician was professional and showed up with newer truck mounted equipment, I watched the powerful steam come from the cleaning wand and it was like magic, with every swipe, the carpets appeared newer. I had forgotten the original color of the carpet, the deodorizer and sanitizers he used worked, the house smelled and felt fresh. Once completed, he showed me the dirty water that was extracted and stored in his tank, IT WAS THICK DARK SLUDGE-DISGUSTING! Nevertheless, the carpets dried in just about 2-3 hours. I used Mean Steam instead of one of the more popular larger companies in the yellow pages because his prices were much lower, but i now realized that he did just as good a job, if not better. Thank you Mean Steam Carpet Clean, you saved me thousands of dollars and just gained yourself a loyal customer! I will use you for my other rentals and refer you to all my family and friends.
