I went in as a new customer having just moved into town. I was directed to the manager for a vin check on my out of state bike. He had a friend in his office and as i aproached his open door he barked at me that he was busy and I could come in when he told me that I could . He kept me waiting for 5 minutes while conducting a conversaton with his friend. After she left he came out and asked what i wanted. I asked for a vin check he stated that it would be $20 and i stated that the dvm charged $15 he said then go for it.\r
I wanted to establish a busines relationship, have my bike serviced and look into buying a sport tourer but as i told him as i left I will never step foot in here again.
