I agree with you completely I was for sure fooled by the nice office and a few nice staff members. It seems like almost every apartment is infested with roaches or bedbugs and they do always have someone else to blame for the situation and the rent is way over priced when my mother had moved into these apartments 18 years ago the rent was around 450 for a two bedroom and that was before the shoping center went up. As more stores went up so did the price but the apartments did not improve. Stay way far away from RIVER FALLS. THE CAN CHANGE THEIR NAME BUT ITS STILL THE SAME UGLY OVER PRICED PLACE
