Art Orlando is the associattion president at Fairway Point. He is a rude and offensive man. He and his wife should relocate to a retirement community. On May 10th my 10 year old daughter walked our dogs. There is a policy of cleaning up after your dog when you walk it and I agree 100%. She walked the dogs and one of them did there buisiness on his lawn. My daughter didn't cleanup after the dog. Now, she was wrong and was disciplined for not following the rules. Mr. Orlando came to my front door and this is what was said at 9:30 am at the top of his lungs,""I want to know who lives here 'cause you don't F*&$!@in live here"" to my ILL sibling. He demanded to speak with the owner of the house and was told 1 is at work and the other is sleeping. ""I want to know why there is 2 dogs sh--ing on my lawn"" He was told there are kids that walked the dogs and we would send them to clean it up."" No I want it F&^%$#ing cleaned up now and threw it on my door step. At the time this was happening my 4 year old daughter was learning new words as she was standing right there.As PRESIDENT this is a poor display of professionalism and an absolute display of a lack of intelligence. He is absolutely unfit for the position he holds. He knows who I am. He is NOT welcome at my front door. Correspond through the mail.
