To preface this let me tell a short story: My ex boyfriend was an abuser, everyday he would beat me. One day I finally got up the nerve to defend myself and slapped him to get him off of me. I was no longer to live in my apartment. MY APARTMENT!! He didnt even live there. So I have an eviction now, I called capstone to find out how to clear up the debt and that I couldn't pay it in full yet. The man had the nerve to say ""Well im not the one who beat my boyfriend back."" Im sorry sir what did you want me to do get beat up some more??? I immediately hung up and had my new boyfriend call him back. Then they were willing to set up were I could make payments. NO ONE should talk to abother human being like this, wether they owe them money or not. I cant wait to pay them off and never talk to him again. (and FYI they will continue to ask you for your tax return, NO YOU CANT HAVE IT)
Pros: im almost done paying these people off... that is it!
