This company needs some serious training, I was also yelled at, told I was a debtor, and hung up on repeately because I questioned them about unauthorized charges on my bank account, I used my debit card with them a few times and they kept my card number (unbeknowest to me) and when I was late(for the first time) on a payment they took the money out of my account, they are very lucky that my bank reversed that transaction right away because if they wouldnt have I was prepared to take legal actions. This is a horrible way to try and collect debts, it really discourages consumers from trying to pay their bills. I got the impression that they enjoyed treating you like dirt, they laughed and repeately told me to pay my bills because they didnt want my business, well guess what if every one in the world paid their bills these people wouldnt have a job, and further more they dont know people's situation and the reasons that they were sent to collections, so its very unfair. I am positive that these employees are not perfect, all the companies that want to collect debts, I dont reccomend you send your business to Capstone!!!
