I was recently transferred to north carolina because of my job and I needed a company to move my stuff as soon as possible. I spoke with a gentleman at Presto Moving and he walked me thru their process and explained every last detail to me. I was told I would be given a call when the drivers were 24 hours away from my house in North carolina. I liked the fact that they gave me all the information up front that I needed to know therefore I knew exactly what to expect. Obviously nothing goes exactly as planned although it was a very easy process due to the communication.
