I have been asked to change my review words will be different but the overall dis-satification will remain. I went to Paper Moon to order my wedding invitations and now wish I had never set foot in the store. In my opinion the employee we delt with seemed to be annoyed with helping us and didn't look that well groomed, just not someone I would want to represent my company, I guess I have different standards. I found one that I like that were very reasonably priced and ordered them. Was told it would be about 3-4 weeks. When I got a call a week and a half later I was pleasantly surprised. I went to pick one up to view and to weight and was immediately upset. I didn't say anything because I wanted my mother?s opinion. The color of the invitation was different than what was in their book and the writing was different shades. The color of the lettering was very light on the actual invitation and darker on the reception card and even darker on the response card. They had to be reordered and there was ZERO compensation. When the corrected ones came in the color of the lettering was fixed but not the color of the actual invite. Her response was that their book had faded since it was a few years old. I think they need to update their book so the actual colors ar correct, again just my opinion. Needless to say, I am very unhappy with the service and I won't go back. When family and friends ask me where to go for invites I will not send them there. In my opinion it is the worst place for invites. Save yourself some stress and go else where.
