Clearly this business does not understand the concept of professionalism. The woman who helped us with wedding invitations seemed frazzled and rushed and complained about their sales for the past two years and was overwhelmed with her current clients. She even swore within our interaction. She told me the design I was interested in was ""cliche"" and argued with me at length about wording telling me I could not use a particular phrase when a nice woman in a different shop recommended that exact phrase to me! When I finally found something I liked she said it looked too Asian and not fall appropriate. I felt completely belittled. I will never set foot in that shop again.
