The team at United BMW, Roswell, truly writes the standards in auto customer support. Everyone goes out of his/her way to make you feel at home, and continue to support their customers even after a sales transaction is completed. Our four sales experiences with Cheri Comfort, Sales Manager, and Jim Tompkins, Internet Manager, were absolutely flawless and quite civilized. In service Eric Rossmann, Assistant Service Manager, takes ownership of every single detail and he is never satisfied, until you are. I do not have enough good words to describe United BMW's excellent qualities under the leadership of Dean Ciccone, the General Manager. I most highly recommend them for sales and service.
