Why do the people of East Saint Louis have to get their children to do the cities job? That doesn't make any sense. In stead of taking the money and using it for their personal use. They should take the money and put it to good use. For instance they need to tear down the abandoned houses and buildings, pick up the trash, fix the streets. Instead of buying cars for the police force they already have cars. They need another mayor, well they need a good mayor and get Dr. Parks son out of the office. We already have enough of the Parks family in too many dangerous postions in East Saint Louis already.
