My son was 2 when I took him to his first appt. They filled a cavitiy he had in between his front teeth. The filling came out and his teeth died. I didnt know it til this happened. When I took him back they didnt tell me what the plan was or give me any options. They forced two silver crowns on his front teeth! I never even signed a form allowing them to do this. They had me hold his legs and I thought they were going to start drilling his tooth for another filling. How wrong I was, they began to shave his teeth to allow for these so called crowns to fit. Now, almost two years later, I was finally able to bring him to a decent pediatric dentist. I asked this dentist to look at these crowns. Come to find out one of them is forced so far into his gums he has a huge infection in his gum on one of his teeth. Unfortunately, at the age of 5, my poor little guy is having both of these teeth pulled. I dont know how this office is still in business. I have heard so many people tell me how terrible they have treated thier kids, or how long they had to wait to be seen (even if they were 10mins early) or they call to remind you of your appt atleast 5 times a day for 3 days even if you already told them to stop calling that you would be there (no joke)! I' very happy with his new dentist, but I will NEVER refer anyone to this office, even if they are the only office open! I gave them a zero star rating!
