Bianchi theater in Paramount Ca. is horrible. I went there because they had the most convenient time for me to see the new Transformers movie on a work day. I get there & the box office is closed so I have to go inside, wait in line while 1 person helps like 12 people. When I finally get to the front of the line I'm informed I have to pay for my 2 yr old because he's taller than some black line they have about a 18 inches off the floor! After paying I go to get our 3D glasses, & am informed I need to come back to the front desk 10min b4 the movie starts to get them, because they can't give them out early.(why?) I go back to get them, & am told I need to pay $4 because I lost one of the stubs. I finally get them @ no extra charge after some imbecile claiming to be a manager looked over my receipt for 5 minutes, as if I were trying to pull the scam of the century. Movies are too expensive these days for such poor customer service.
