Review content:
The service sucked; the food was average; the experience was unspeakable. Here are the details:\r
\r
1) We gave our name and were told that the wait would be 30 minutes. When we waited 40 minutes, we checked with the host/hostess, who said there were 2 groups in front of us and that it'd be a few minutes more (understandable and not an issue). When we waited another 30 minutes, we checked with the host/hostess, who said Our Party was seated 30 minutes ago (they had even crossed off our name). They didn't bother to call our name; they merely gave our table away to another group--no explanation, no apology, nada. Throughout our wait, we heard other names being called for tables, yet silence for ours. Definitely not right. \r
\r
2) During our unnecessary wait, we at least thought it would be easy enough to order drinks at the moderately-crowded bar--no such luck, as the bar staff spent more time chatting with others. \r
\r
3) To make matters worse, they sat us at a communal table which they neglected to clean (it's a bad sign when your forearm sticks to a dirty table). Plus, they brought 2 menus and 2 napkins for our party of 4......maybe they expected us to share them? \r
\r
4) Finally, when you order a burger with cheese on it, shouldn't the cheese be melted?\r
\r

Pros: There is nothing positive to write about this place
Cons: There are too many to list
