I have nothing but positive things to say about this company these ladies really know customer service. They are honest, friendly, and knowledgeable in what they do. When I first came to see them I was very unfamiliar with the process but they made sure to go over everything with me and they very much set my mind at ease. I looked into other places and none of them seemed to be as genuine about what they do. You can really get a sense that Jan and Deb have a passion for helping others. As for the thing on WCCO I was really disappointed in the one sided reporting that was done. It doesn?t take a lab coat to make a good laser technician. These ladies have been nothing less then professional each and every time I have gone to see them. I have recommended them many times and I will continue to do so. Refine is a great place for anyone who has had to deal with unwanted hair.
