I was asked by the management of another ambulette company (Premier), to try another ambulette company (after refusing to change my ""average"" review of them due to their verbally abusive dispatchers), before considering their services again.
All I can say is, thanks for the favor!
Carewell truly lives up to its aptly named company. I've used Carewell's services for 5 months now. This is a rather new company, perhaps 2 years old? But they've set a new standard for medical transportation services. From the hands-on owner, Curry, to the dispatchers, to all of the drivers, all of whom I come to feel as friends.
On-time service (I've never waited more than 30 minutes for an unscheduled return trip or not set time return), clean vans, they genuinely care about their clients, and, go out of their way to help and assist. It's a happy place to work for both employer and employees, and it shows.
For all the tribulations one goes through to have medical transportation, either medical or insurance issues, Carewell is a nice oasis.
