Does this sound familiar? Going from one salon to the next and trying out a different stylist EVERYTIME you get your hair done. Or walking out of the salon feeling disappointed and thinking that your hair looks ""JUST"" okay and WISHING that the next stylist you try is finally going to be THE ONE. LOOK NO FURTHER.. MARY is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! Mary has been doing my hair for about a year and a half and I HAVE FOUND ""THE ONE"". Mary has done the dramatic chunky blond highlights, lowlights, the subtle light brown highlights and pieces of red in my hair (not all at one time). She also does AWESOME haircuts too. I get compliments on my hair ALL THE TIME. I LOVE the way MARY does my hair but MOST IMPORTANTLY, she cares about the condition of my hair and wants to make sure that my hair isn't damaged and stays healthy. Every time I go to see Mary she ALWAYS makes me feel COMFORTABLE and RELAXED from the moment I walk into the salon. All of the staff at NEW IMAGE are all very friendly and nice. The staff will bring me beverages and do little things like wipe color off my ear or neck without me asking them to. The ONLY EXCEPTION is the owner--Akee. I see her yelling at her staff in front of clients and she is SO RUDE to her staff's clients and to her OWN client's as well. I know there are a lot reviews about the owner--Akee but from what I have seen, Akee was NOT IMPRESSIVE AT ALL. The last time I went in to get my hair done by Mary I asked her if she does extensions. Mary recommended a girl that worked at the salon named MICHELLE. I made an appointment with MICHELLE to get extensions put in and my hair looks STUNNING. My fiance LOVES my hair and I feel so gorgeous. I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND MARY and MICHELLE AT NEW IMAGE SALON.
