I recently went to a salon in Hayward to have a routine touch-up on my gray roots (I have blonde high-lights). I walked out totally unhappy and disgusted with what happened to my hair. It looked absolutley horrible!! Instead of touching up the gray roots, she had COLORED my roots with black hair color. I went on the internet and found NEW IMAGE SALON AND SPA in Fremont. I called Akee Azar and explained what had happened. She was very understanding and invited me in for a consultation. She immediately saw the problem with my hair and started to work on it. After 4 hours in her chair, my hair looked AWESOME. Akee's hard work had really paid off. I am so grateful and will never go to any other salon......\r
