I could go into this long winded review but who likes to read it....so here it is short and fast as I can.........I have had long hair to my waist for over 10 years...don't trust ANYONE with my hair is the way it has always been for me. Found the web page for New Image and called them?if it was not for Stephanie I would not have come to the Salon and it is because of Michelle that I will return. Stephanie's customer service is awesome. Over the phone and in person! Michelle was my stylist, she listen to me and my concerns and likes & dislikes. Then she began?I will be completely honest?when I first saw the color in my hair I was a little worried?I mean come on I have had the same color forever and same still since the?well let?s just say a long time?but when Michelle finished I was very happy. In fact I was kinda in shock with the new look I have?I am STILL going to the mirror every 5 minutes? and my husband is loving it and that is just gold to me! I can?t wait to show my co-workers tomorrow and my customers. Now, I have read most of the reviews and I will tell you?you cannot please everyone? Yes, the price is NOT cheap and wish it was cheaper but it is what it is?but I feel that I did get good service and I did get a great no AWESOME new look. So for my experience I am pleased.
