The summary: I like my hair, but I won't return.\r

\r
I went in without a good idea of what I wanted, Michelle nailed it on the head (punny!) and did an amazing job. I really like the color and style especially as I didn't know what to ask for and she designed it from scratch.\r
\r
\r
However, by the time I got home I was crying. The money I'd saved for my trip home to visit my parents is gone. It's admittedly my fault for not checking prices. I checked several salons in the area for prices, reviews, etc and chose this one. What I didn't realize is I never looked at the prices for this specific location. As all the salons in the area were similarly priced, though, I wasn't too worried. Once everything was said and done, I saw the bill and my jaw impacted the floor. It was too late to leave.\r

Not to say Michelle didn't earn it, because she's very good at what she does, but rather that I've had great cuts and colors and never ever paid a third the price I paid here. I'm a new student out of school and I wanted a cut for my upcoming interviews. I have nothing but student loans and a student income. The other thing I was looking forward to was my trip home to show off my hair (and celebrate graduating). I am literally unable to go home now, and it breaks my heart every time I look at my account.\r

So, if you aren't financially constrained, definetely go here. I am perfectly satisfied with my hair and the whole team was extremely polite. However, if money is tight, I suggest going to the city. I've had cheaper cuts and colors there and the quality was matched. One place even gave me a full head massage and manicure, and it was still cheaper.
Pros: Great color and style, friendly staff
Cons: very expensive (at least in my experience)
