Review content:
We bought a New 2007 Honda Odyssey from Auto Park Honda. A week later, my wife gets clobbered by some lady down in Fuquay-Varina. $8000 in damage. So, assuming that I can get good, qualified guidance from the Dealer, I call to see were we can get the Best Quality Body work, especially since the car was brand new!
The service manage tells me to take it to Haddock's Collision Center in Cary (you can see our review of them as well). After weeks of headaches and return trips, we find out that the owner of Haddock's is a ""good friend"" of the Honda Service Manager...imagine that!
Since then, we have had several service issues with the van. 99.9% of them cannot be found or resolved by their mechanics. The last trip was for the 3rd or 4th complaint of a vibration while driving. The service writer tells me that it ""must be the tires"".
And the big plastic cover under the engine was hanging down, almost to the ground. He told me before in went in to get looked at that ""I Must have Damaged it"".... turns out, several of the push-pins that hold it up were missing. Imagine that.
Now, I find out from another shop that the front brake rotors on the van are probably warped, since when I brake, the front-end shakes. (this is at 30,000 miles of use). Wonder how they will respond to this now?
Turns out
Pros: Nice Salesperson
Cons: Very Poor, non-Responsive Service Department
