Review content:
I've had my Civic serviced at Autopark Honda a few times, mainly because of location. During my last service, the mechanics neglected to replace one of my lug nuts, which I noticed a couple weeks later. Upon my requesting a new lug nut, my service advisor, Jeff Corbett, argued with me and implied that someone could have stolen it (apparently there are thieves that think it is worth their time to unscrew a single $6 lug nut from a car and take nothing else), or that I could have somehow lost it. He eventually went to talk to his manager (which he should have done in the first place instead of hassling me), who of course gave him the go ahead to give me the part. To summarize: the service department at Autopark Honda Cary is awful. Service is incredibly expensive, the mechanics are apparently careless, and the service reps are completely belligerent and unfriendly. Cons: The service is expensive, service advisors are abrasive
