We live right around the corner and have tried this place several times, thanks to its convenience. \r \r But other than its location, it's got nothing going for it. First off, last time we went, they forgot to seat us. We were told ""It's a 10-minute wait, just have a seat and we'll call your name."" We waited, waited, waited... looked inside the restaurant and saw LOTS of empty tables, and then went back to the hostess stand. No hostess was on duty. We stood there and waited until she bolted out of the back of the restaurant and started apologizing profusely, and then sprinted us to our table so quickly we almost lost sight of her from across the room.\r \r Next, about the food: The food is so incredibly bland that everything (beans, meat, chips, rice) needs salt added. The salsa that came with the chips before the meal was nothing but canned crushed tomatoes with some minced parsley mixed in for color (but not for taste). We asked for a bottle of Tapatio's sauce and liberally dosed the salsa bowl, and that made it barely edible. They don't make their own enchiladas on-site (must be bought in-bulk from Sysco) because they can't swap out ingredients (chicken instead of meat, for example).\r \r We ordered the sopapillas for dessert, and they were good. Probably the only good thing we had there.\r \r I can't speak for their tequilas or margaritas, since I've never ordered any. Maybe they're good. Or mabye you just need to drink a lot of tequila to make the food taste adequate.\r \r If you're in the Pruneyard and looking for Mexican food, just cross the street to Baja Fresh. Far superior food at a lower cost, but more of a cafeteria atmosphere. Pros: Close to our house Cons: Not worth walking even that far
