I had used their front wheel alignment coupon a while back to fix my non-aligned wheel, but after waiting more than 3 hrs from the promised pickup time, I still got my wheel not aligned. Now, I went back again today to have both front and rear wheel alignment to be done, and I was promised to pick it up after 2 hrs. No one called me after waiting 4 hrs, and when I did, I was put on hold indefinitely and had to hangup and redial, which I then was told to wait for Rob to call me...which I waited and waited and waited...for more than 1 hr. I am stuck at work as I type this review. I hope at least I get it fixed this time, but will never return to this place again. Overall service is unprofessional!

Cons: always late delivery; low worksmanship
