Review content:
We took our son there a year ago for treatment of his acne. We have been back for several follow-up visits since then. He saw Jessica who prescribed medication and instructed him how to wash his face. Although he follows her instructions to the letter, there has been no improvement. At one point she seemed to be questioning whether he was being truthful. Another time, she almost seemed to be saying, kids get acne, what can you do? Finally at the last visit she prescribed another kind of medicine, equally ineffective. We missed a visit in July because we were on vacation. Of course, we will pay the $50 cancellation fee because as it was explained to me, ""that's our policy"". I wonder what their policy is for accepting accountability for ineffective treatment? They have quite the setup there....patients keep returning because their problems are not properly treated, they keep collecting fees for ""service"" and do not take any accountability for actually curing their patients! When my husband was young, he went to a dermatologist for his acne, was treated, and the acne cleared up. Why can't these people deliver the same results? Find another doctor, and save your hard-earned money.
