Digital Duchess, headed by a computer geek-whiz Kerry Grimes, always provides fast, intelligent and least expensive solution available on the market while following uncompromising levels of providing technical expertise and attention to detail. Besides giving what every Angelino needs these days for their computer (fast and long-lasting trusted fix), Kerry will show up with the smile, make you feel great that you have no idea about the networks and the hard-drives and teach you few things while taking your über-geek to unprecedented levels of greatness! All in one-hour or less, while she is examining and fixing your machine. Did I mention that more than often she brings cookies? What else could one wish for?
Pros: timely and accurate service, affordable, professional
Cons: no drowbacks, Kerry is extremely professional and pleasant
