Finding a sofa that feels right to both my husband and me has been a challenge... he is particular, but just can't describe what wants in a couch and I am on the short side and like my feet to reach the floor when seated with my back against the cushions. We were able to test 20 or so couches for feel and fit and were quickly able to narrow the search to one sofa that was PERFECT for both of us. Then the choices had to be made.... fabric, legs, return on which side, protective finish, arm covers, etc. etc. Cara explained our options and guided us through the options and in short order we left knowing we could have a couch we both really like. When you are going to live with a piece of furniture for a good number of years it's important to not have to settle for what happens to be out there. Pros: So many options & Cara's help Cons: So many options
