Go buy a couch from Kara. She is awesome. It's a step-by-step process that's easy and fun - you pick the couch arms, then the style, the the cushions, then the fabric. It turned an overwhelming process (at all the other stores) into something that was very easy and quick.
Pros: Made buying a couch a piece of cake.
Cons: Kara should be making six figures.
