Review content:
I had reserved a cargo truck for 4.30 pm. The website listed a closing time of 6 pm for Monday. I reached a little late at 5.15 pm. I noticed that the budget center was closed! I called up the center using the phone number listed. There was a person hanging outside near the road entrance who was picking up the phone! He insisted that the center closed at 5 pm on Mondays. When I confronted him about the pickup scheduled online and the 6 pm closing time, he just said that the center was closed, and walked off! I thought this was a ridiculous statement. Needless to say this put me in a tough spot as most other centers close around 6 pm.
I looked online and it seems this center has received similar reviews from others as well. . There are other centers like Penske and U-haul nearby who are staffed by a far more professional set of people.
Unfortunately, this is my second negative experience with Budget in a short time. Stay away from from these bozos!
