Review content:
Double LL was our property manager for the home we owned in Forest Lakes. Leisa is completely understaffed to do a good job for you. It takes forever to get a return phone call. We had to chase her down monthly to get our check from the rent. We rarely got an accounting of our expenses in a timely fashion. And if you think she will help you if a tenant defaults on the lease, you're dreaming. She is always overwhelmed. She never got the tenants to renew their lease until I kept pestering her. Being an out of town owner made my relationship with Double LL extremely difficult. I would go with a company that has a staff and more experience.
