Please aviod this company if you can... Renter Beware! They have given us truoble from the day we moved in until they day we moved out. . Our first fond memory was when it took them two weeks to hook up the gas stove and fix the heater. So there went two weeks of food money for eating out.. Then the twenty six year old water heater broke. Well @ least we had more than five min of hot water after that. The backyard was nothing but dirt but in order to improve it we had to ask them permission. hmmmm \r
We needed the drain fixed in the tub and the plumber stole our rench we had laying out. and my friends the list goes on and on..... Mind you we rented for only a couple of years. All in all the two words that sum it up are: Renters Beware
Pros: A good office location.
Cons: Too many to list.
