Review content:
Well. Generally not a happy experience. They are not the cheapest and not the most expensive company to go through. I wish I never had them do our floors. When you look from a distance it all looks ok. But then living in a house for several months you started to see all the flaws. All our treads are trapezoid, a little here and there so they measured only one tread and cut the rest the same although they told me that due to the moisture wood would adjust, well it never did. It looks silly. And raisers are a joke same 1/4 inch gaps here and there. And of course hardwood floors, they cannot even lay them even, the quarter round they installed in the rooms where they laid the floors does not even lay straight against the floors, there are gaps between the wood floors and the quarter round. The quarter round they installed does not match the stain of either the wood floors or the trim, go figure. I told them about it and they said ""ohh it is just fresh stain/finish it has to dry."" Well still does not match. And it is all over the house. I called several times they came back fixed the raisers on the stairs, honestly better than it was before but still there are gaps now on top and the bottom of the raisers no the sides. As for the treads they said they cannot do anything about it since they would have to redo everything and of course it is out of the question so they would just use a wood filler. It is just ridiculous that you have to baby sit them and point all little things. They do work fast I will give them that, but I wish they would take their time to get it done right. Try to settle it with the owner he is just yelling at you. So if you expect the workmanship and attention to details choose another company if you are ok with mediocre work they might be a good match for you.
