Review content:
Birch Street Bistro is my new favorite place. We go there to sit outside in the huge courtyard (shared with 2 other great Roslindale restuarants) or to sit at the big marble bar. The food is tremendous with lots of variety. They do a pizza special everynight, very creative toppings that are always fabulous! I had a cheeseburger last night that was the best I've had in a long time. For an app, we usually order the chicken, pineapple, red pepper kabobs that are out of this world though last night we had huge fried shrimp with a coconut curry sauce that was wonderful. The staff is great and the the atmosphere is very cool.
Pros: food, outside dining
Cons: not open for lunch on weekends...
