Even before becoming a regular, I never felt alienated by the warm ""cheers-esque"" vibe of this local Sushi Spot. Highly desired if you're tired of ""designer sushi"" and just want good authentic and fresh food with a touch of imagination if requested. I recommend paying the extra buck for the Habanero Tobiko. You can relax have a nice converstaion with a stranger at the sushi bar, or, sit back and grub at one of the tables. Either way hands down, the best of both worlds.

Cons: occasionally understaffed and patience is required
