Review content:
The Dr. and nursing staff are great. The nurses are very friendly and have good advice even for the most simple questions. It is also very easy to get a same day appointment if needed. The main drawback of this practice is the front office staff. I have considered switching practices due to how rude they are. They never smile(except when talking to each other), aren't helpful, and overall have horrible customer service skills! Really disappointing considering how good everything else is.
Pros: Easy to talk to a nurse about questions/same day appt.
Cons: The front office staff is incredibly rude.
