had been with dr. Kline for many yrs. got sick in nov. and was ill until the end of april. took my dogs in for their annual shots. The exam room smelled so bad that I almost threw up. my vision was impaired from medication and I was kind of foggy. I told the young lady I thought the room smelled like someone messed in there. wrong thing to say. Dr. Kline would not speak to me in the room completely ingnored me. then when I left I was told that I would have to pay almost $60. more to have the perscriptions (3) sent to an acredited pharmacy.nice since my husband had lost his job.we don't go there any more. Really compassionate
