Dr. Kline and her staff are quite knowledgeable and very compassionate. They go out of their way to make themselves available to you. They are personable and very reasonably priced. The clinic is very well-staffed and is always run professionally and is clean. There are ample examining rooms and everyone is extremely friendly and helpful.
They do not charge outrageous prices, yet deliver a quality service and treat the animals very well. I do not hesitate recommending them, giving them 5 stars, and I rarely give 5 stars. Today's service world, typically, is continually providing less service, in spite of rising costs. You'll find that to 'not' be the case with Hooves and Paws. They are a 'rare breed' and an 'excellent find'.
They actually take the time to listen to you, addressing all your concerns. I have many pets and have been to this clinic on multiple occasions; including routine and emergency visits. With each visit, I have found their service to consistently meet this review. I find their location to be very accessible, as well.
