Well, after reading these reviews I was very leery of going here but was pleasantly surprised. I tried Sears and A-1 Appliance first but they were out of my part. They both would have had to order it. I very much wanted to have my washer working by the weekend so was determined to find something locally. I called Marcone (yes, through a call center) and found that the had six of what I needed in stock! Yay, more than enough! Was treated fine - for the record, I'm a 37yr old female. Only complaint is that the store is in a pretty funky neighborhood.
