Review content:
Since I have owned our boat.(6years) I have called Richard to guide me in repairing and maintaining it. I have saved a ton being able to do it myself. The local mastercraft dealer is at a loss for knowledge about the older boats ('88) I can't seem to get straight answers from their parts department. And when I am putting my hours into the repair, I really need to be sure that I am getting the right parts first. Richard takes the time to listen to my "dumb" questions and gets me to the right part. I really look forward to spring so I can start buying my tune up stuff from you guys. I am glad we can still call for advice. The internet buying removes a little of the personal touch. It is still great to talk to a good person on the other end of the line.
