Review content:
First of all, I called to have them come out to my house. That took two weeks. I called them and they finally showed up as my neighbor called me at work to tell me they were here. They have not completed the job...yet. When I first moved here, my very nice neighbor told me that this place had a bad reputation anyway. I just continued with them as the previous owner had used them. Well, no more! It has been two more weeks and several phone calls with no return call. I have done Customer Service all my life and this is the worst place ever!!! Tomorrow, I am going to call them & tell them not to bother coming! Gonna fire them for good! Don't bother calling them, they will not call you back! Go with someone else like I am going to do!
