Review content:
On 3/11/10 my sister, a senior citizen, purchased a Brother XL2600i sewing maching from Sew N Vac in JoAnn Fabrics for $149 which was supposedly on sale at a saving of $50. After returning home, and before opening the box, I checked online and found that the EXACT model sells on Amazon for $87.54 with free shipping and at Target for $99.99. I immediately called Sew N Vac and asked if we could get a refund. I was told that ALL SALES ARE FINAL THERE ARE NO REFUNDS. Indeed, this is printed on the invoice; however, this particular paper is not printed and given to the customer until after money is paid and the sale is completed. At no time during our conversation did Sarah, the sales clerk, inform my sister that there was a ""No Refund"" policy. If you do business with these people you'd better watch your back -- get an agreement in writing before any money changes hands. I will bring this situtation to the attention of the management of JoAnn Fabrics and hope they will give serious consideration as to whether they wish to continue their association with Sew N Vac because -- ""You can't keep a skunk in the house without the whole place smelling."" \r \r Cons: ALL SALES FIND -- NO REFUNDS
