They gave me a flat rate quote for my move. I was really afraid that the day of the move, they were going to *spring* new charges on me, as has been my experience with every other mover in this city. But there were no additional charges- the quote they gave me is what they charged me. The move itself was flawless- the guys were punctual and professional. They did they job really fast, but most importantly they DID NOT BREAK A THING!!!! And I live on a fourth floor walk-up and own a piano!
