Review content:
Elle had cut my hair once before and it was too short, but it grew out great. When I went back I told her I wanted to keep it long. She gave me a mullet. I am NOT exaggerating. My friends, the people I work with and my boyfriend all agreed she gave me a mullet. I had never gotten a bad haircut before I went to Elle. I had to put my hair up in a ponytail for two months until I could cut the bottom layer to my hair look somewhat normal. I wish I could put a photo up here to show you the horrible hair cut. Not only did she destroy my hair, but she would not take my credit card and wanted cash. I had paid with a credit card before so I know they take credit cards. I did not have cash with me, so she insisted I go to chase to pull money out. I did, but was charged a fee because that was not my bank. Unfortunately, Elle still has not learned how to cut hair. My friend that brought me there still goes to her and last time she got a mullet hair cut and an uneven red stripe in the front of her hair. \r I would give What the Elle negative four stars if I could. If you want a horrible haircut, bad customer service and inappropriate conversation this is the place for you.\r Pros: nothing Cons: I had to put my hair up in a ponytail for two months
