Shipping personal things thru ocean is a trap over all. This company is a third party service to contact shipper. They are not specific on what he charges, instead of, overcharging on what are the original charges. It is very unprofessional to state the absurd charges is from shipping company when it was their own pocket.\r
It would be professional to tell us when he is charging for his service and show the original amount the shipping company are charging. \r

Another fact that turns everyone down, it is that there is a lot of charges to receive the deliver. MOst of the companies don't specificly tell you that receiving charges because it is extremely expensive to get your delivery in the destination port. My suggestion is take it to the flight with you and pay the overweight fee.\r

I'm very unhappy with this company service because there were charges that he supposely to pay the shipping company, but it was incomplete. \r
